We can Modify the House Plan:This process starts with you purchasing and filling out the Modification request form. This online form will give us the basic information we need to work up a detailed estimate. If you decide to go forward with the modification we work very closely with you to make sure the plan meets all your needs and expectations.
Your Builder can Modify the House Plan:You can purchase the home plan in CAD format. This format allows a builder, if he has AutoCAD software, to edit the electronic plans. This is a good way to go if your builder is experienced in altering plans and you want to make a lot of little changes.
