House Plan Description
The Capella Place is a lovely Southern plantation style home plan. It features both traditional formal rooms near the entryway and an expansive family living space toward the rear. The dining room, study and living room of the Capella Place are located off of the gallery hallway. To the right of the dining room is the elevator and staircase. The kitchen is overlooking the leisure room and breakfast nook. There is an island in the center of the kitchen. An eating bar offers additional seating around the room. The breakfast nook opens to the powder room and utility room. The utility room is large enough to accommodate a wash tub and folding table as well as the washer and dryer. The leisure room melds with the kitchen, dining nook and verandah to enhance casual living. Four sets of French doors open to the rear verandah from the leisure room. There is a side verandah extending the entire depth of the Capella Place plan. Three sets of French doors open up to the side verandah. The stairs lead up to the loft. Two secondary bedrooms each have their own full bath on the second level. Each bedroom opens up to the front balcony with two sets of French doors.
The upstairs is shared with the master retreat. The luxurious master bedroom has a coffered ceiling. The two sets of French doors open to a private rear sun deck and side sun deck. The lavish master bath has double sinks and an oval soaking tub in the center. There is also a large walk in shower. The third floor of the Capella Place home plan has a fourth guest bathroom. There is a gallery and a club room with a wet bar. The club room can easily be converted into a media or theater room. The Capella Place house plan has 5470 square feet of living area.
