This expansive Casoria courtyard home plan features Mediterranean and Tuscan design details. This home plan boasts open connections to a central loggia with fountain pool. The great room has a boxed-beamed ceiling, fireplace, and built-in cabinetry. It also features retreating glass doors that open to the loggia. The island kitchen, with walk-in pantry, opens to the great room.

Casoria's master suite overlooks the home's courtyard and pool. The master has a large walk-in closet and a bath that overlooks a garden. The master bath features a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The guest cabana is perfect for a secluded guest room, exercise room or art studio. The adjoining outdoor solana is perfect for outdoor entertaining. The second-level includes a loft, guest bedrooms, balcony and trellised deck with courtyard views.

The Casoria has 3,777 square feet of living area, four bedroom and five bathrooms. It is available with a slab/stem wall foundation. The Casoria boasts terra cotta-hued barrel roof tiles and limestone sheathed walls. With its stone accents and golden-hued stucco facade, the Casoria is a Tuscan-inspired home. Courtyard entrance is through a pair of wrought iron gates. A loggia of stone-covered pillars and arched openings travels the length of the home. To the left of the foyer, the master suite faces the pool and seemingly draws the outdoors inward. The library is located near the foyer and adjacent to the airy kitchen, dining and great room. This area naturally transitions outward onto the covered loggia and ensuing pool area. Facing the enclosed courtyard, two second-story guest suites share a common loft. The loft opens up onto a covered balcony and pergola-shaded deck.

Anchored on one side by a private guesthouse, a privacy wall encloses the courtyard, enhancing the home's oasis-like ambiance. The courtyard area is highlighted by an outdoor Solana.
