House Plan Description
Mediterranean house plans make for some of the most beautiful living arrangements, including the beautifully designed Cerafino. Once inside the Great Room, located at the middle of the house, you will be able to easily access the Dining Room and connected Kitchen.The kitchen of the Cerafino plan has a large center island which provides extra counter space. From the kitchen to the dining room, the open concept extends into the great room and looks out to the Solana. The Solana to the north of the great room and dining room, offers an Outdoor grill and fireplace for an alternative dining area when the weather is warm.
The Cerafino has a large Master Suite, with its own bath. It is next to the Guest Room and standard Bath. The master bedroom has a private door out to the solana. Leading from the bedroom are two walk in closets. From the walk in closets the master bathroom of the Cerafino plan has a double vanity on one side and a Whirlpool soaking tub on the other side. There is a separate walk in shower next to the tub. On the same side of the Cerafino home towards the front of the house is the second bedroom and full bath. The bath can be shared with the study which can be converted into a third bedroom. The two car Garage can also be entered from the Utility Room or from outside. The utility room is large enough to accommodate the washer and dryer and also a wash tub and folding table. The garage has access to the attic by way of the optional drop down stairs. The great room, dining room and kitchen all have lovely stepped ceilings. The master bedroom has a tray ceiling.
