House Plan Description
The curved stairs of the Chelsea Passage house plan lead up to the covered porch. Once inside, the foyer leads to the formal gallery which announces the spacious interior. A vaulted ceiling above the great room, which hosts a cozy center fireplace and French doors, carries on into the master bedroom. Two French doors lead out to the covered porch in the rear of the home.
Taking center stage in the Chelsea Passage plan, the gallery kitchen is extended to the great room by a snack bar and views of the warming fireplace. The dining room has French doors on both sides leading out to separate covered porches. To the left of the staircase is the powder bath and linen closet. The utility room is large enough to house the washer and dryer and also counter space for folding clothes. It has a large wash tub for soaking clothes.
The entire left wing of the Chelsea Passage home contains the master suite. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and French doors leading out to the private covered porch. The spacious walk in closet is perfect for the owners. The master bath has dual sinks. The Whirlpool soaking tub is the central point of the bath. As an alternative, there is also a large walk in shower.
There are two secondary bedrooms found upstairs along with a bonus room and a loft that overlooks the great room below. The full bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms. The lower level of the Chelsea Passage home plan contains the two bay drive under garage. There is plenty of storage area and bonus space down stairs. The Chelsea Passage is a two story Mediterranean style house plan has 2349 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and two and 1/2 bathrooms. The foundation is an island basement.
