House Plan Description
Past the magnificent portico entry, columns and arches define the formal spaces of the Domenico house plan which is designed for greeting and entertaining guests. A porte cochere protects from the weather when entering the home. The plan has a wet bar providing refreshments. To the rear of the Domenico plan, the leisure room flows onto the solana and loggia. Upstairs, friends and family will enjoy the clubroom, wet bar and state-of-the-art theater room.There is also a guest suite with full bathroom on the second floor. This luxurious Domenico floor plan has 6126 square feet of living area, and it has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms with two half baths.The plan sits on a slab/stem wall foundation.
