House Plan Description
The Echo Canyon home plan is a lovely Southwestern style home plan. A porte-cochere is the first touch of class that draws you in and leads you through the sophisticated comfort of this rambling, one-story plan. The formal area is immediately inside the front entry and divides the master wing from the family area and secondary bedrooms.
The entire left wing of the Echo Canyon floor plan contains the master suite. The master foyer leads directly into the master bedroom. There are French doors leading out to the rear verandah from the master foyer. There are two large his and hers walk in closets for maximum storage. The master bathroom has separate his and hers vanities with sinks. There is an oval Whirlpool soaking tub overlooking the master garden. A separate large walk in shower rounds out the master suite.
The oval study is to the left of the entry foyer and the formal dining room is to the right. The laundry room sits next to the dining room and leads out to the two car garage. Beyond the dining room and down the hall is the kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen has a spacious walk in pantry. There is a large center prep island with plenty of counter space.
From the kitchen, the open concept of the Echo Canyon floor plan leads to the leisure room. This is the perfect setting for those family gatherings and for entertaining guests. There are two private guest suites with baths at the end of the right wing of the Echo Canyon floor plan. They are both able to be accessed to the rear verandah. A huge verandah runs along the entire rear elevation and is accessible from nearly every room in the house. This Southwestern style house plan has 3384 square feet of living area, three bedrooms, and three and 1/2 bathrooms.The house plan sits on a slab/stemwall foundation.
