House Plan Description

For Mediterranean house plans on the slightly larger side, the Fabrizio makes for a great collection of evenly sized rooms for all purposes. The focal point of the floor plan, the great room, is situated at the middle of the plan. The solana and dining room are open at the north and east sides through the sliding glass doors.

The study in the south end is a great place for an extra sleeping area if the spacious master suite and bedroom in the west wing aren't enough. The foyer of the Fabrizio plan leads to the study on the right through french doors. Ahead is the great room that leads out to the solana through retreating glass walls.

To the right of the great room is the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has a large center island which provides ample counter prep space. There is a hall leading from the kitchen to the utility room. It is a large room that accommodates not only the washer and dryer, but also a wash tub and folding table. The utility room opens out to the two car garage. There are also optional drop down stairs leading up to the attic from the garage. The garage is connected to the southeastern corner of the house, allowing for easy access when leaving or arriving.

The kitchen of the Fabrizio plan looks out to the dining room and great room providing the open concept design that is so popular today. Both the great room and dining room open to the solana through sliding glass doors. The solana has an outdoor fireplace and built in grille that makes it the perfect place to entertain.

To the left side of the Fabrizio plan is the master suite. The master bedroom has a separate door leading out to the solana. There are his and hers walk in closets and beyond is the master bathroom. The master bathroom has double sinks, a luxurious Whirlpool soaking tub, and a separate walk in shower. Down the hall is the guest bedroom and full bathroom. This Fabrizio plan has 1727 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is available with a slab/monolithic foundation.
