House Plan Description
The dramatic use of stacked stone amidst arch-top windows gives the Flagstone Ridge home plan a dignified and warm facade. A front portico under triple arches leads to the foyer and living room. The double sided fireplace warms both the living room and study. The living room of the Flagstone Ridge plan has three pairs of French doors open to the veranda and breathtaking views.
To the left of the foyer is the spacious dining room. Around the corner and through the gallery is the gourmet kitchen. It has a center prep island and large walk in pantry. A pass thru from the kitchen to the rear veranda is perfect for entertaining friends and family. The open concept flows from the kitchen to the sunny breakfast nook and spacious leisure room. The three French doors lead out to the rear veranda.
French doors also lead outside from the study and master suite. The utility room is large enough to contain the washer, dryer, and two large folding tables. There is a wash tub for soaking clothes and also room for an ironing board. The garage has three bays. The Flagstone Ridge plan has four bedrooms, four and 1/2 bathrooms and 4809 sq. ft. of living area. It sits on a slab/stemwall foundation.

The master bathroom has a bidet, double sinks, and a luxurious Whirlpool soaking tub. There is also a large walk in shower.
A second-floor loft of the Flagstone Ridge views the living room below and connects to three upstairs bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom while the other guest bedroom has a private bath. All three bedrooms have large walk in closets. The two rear guest rooms have private balconies.
