House Plan Description
The Montego Bay house plan is a picturesque Key West Conch design which displays the benefits of living in a warm climate. French doors lead to the deck. A fireplace is surrounded by built-ins.
The kitchen boasts a center island and dining nook. An abundance of windows invites warmth, light and invigorating breezes and light into the comfortable interior of the Montego Bay. A standing seam metal roof, with simple balustrades, heritage columns and louvered shutters adds authenticity to the classic cottage design. A prominent great room stands apart with its cathedral ceiling. It has a central fireplace with adjoining entertainment center and an entire wall of French doors that open to the spacious lanai. Arches and columns define the open areas between the formal dining room and kitchen.
The master bedroom and luxurious bath are also on the main level with access to the verandah, while the upstairs hosts the guest suites.
