House Plan Description
Myrtle Grove is a charming, luxury cottage home plan. This floor plan features 3085 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Myrtle Grove is available with a crawl space foundation. Multiple porticos and verandahs wrap around the exterior of Myrtle Grove. The entire front and rear of the home feature view oriented designs. You enter the home on the first level. An entry hall allows for a stairwell and an elevator to the upper living levels. Upstairs, a lovely hall greets you.
