The Nichols home plan is the perfect size home for a family just starting out. This home's charming curb appeal comes easy with crisp trim, shutters and an arched entry porch. The spacious central great room of the Nichols home plan serves as a hub for family gatherings. Step ceilings and French doors leading to the rear patio add to the room's appeal.
A galley kitchen of the Nichols plan offers an eating bar and is open to the dining room. There is plenty of counter space and lots of cabinets for storage. The great room is large and open to both the kitchen and dining room. Entry to the Master bedroom is accessed through the rear of the Great room.
