House Plan Description
The Pendergrass home plan is a luxury, southern tidewater plan. This open floor plan has plenty of space to move around in. The portico has a 13 foot ceiling. Upon entering the home, the foyer opens up to the large great room. The open concept of the Pendergrass plan flows throughout the kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining room. All of these rooms blend together for that entertainment atmosphere that is perfect for parties for friends and family.
The nook, dining room, great room, and master suite of the Pendergrass home plan all open up to the verandah. The spacious kitchen has ample counter space, a center island, and a generously sized pantry. This allows for extra space for canned goods and all of those small appliances that are not wanted to sit on the counters. Step ceilings in the great room and master suite also heighten the aesthetics.
The master suite is large and roomy. There is a separate exit to the rear verandah. Below the master bedroom are his and hers walk in closets. This allows for ample storage for clothes and shoes. The master bathroom provides every luxury such as separate vanities, a make-up counter, an oversized corner whirlpool soaking tub, and an extensive walk-in shower.

It is large enough for the washer and dryer and even a wash tub. There is also extra room for a folding table. The Pendergrass plan boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 1994 square foot house plan is available with a slab/monolithic foundation.
