House Plan Description
The Shiloh home plan, inspired by the Southwest, is a beautiful adobe home plan and has a wonderful layout. The entry of the Shiloh plan leads into a large foyer through double doors. From there the open living and dining room has a wood-burning fireplace and beamed ceilings.
Looking through to the other side, are three sets of french doors that open out to the covered Veranda. The generous leisure room, nook and kitchen of the Shiloh allows plenty of space to entertain. The kitchen has a spacious island offering additional counter space. There are plenty of cabinets for extra storage. The breakfast nook is surrounded by windows looking out to the veranda.
The leisure room is perfect for parties. It has a built in entertainment center and retreating glass walls out to the veranda. The updated guest bedrooms of the Shiloh are oversized, with walk-in closets and an adjoining bath. A conveniently located powder bath serves guests inside, while a pool bath meets the needs of guests on the veranda. There is also a built in grille for entertaining.
The other side of the Shiloh home plan houses the master suite. It has his and hers walk in closets for ample storage. The master bathroom has a separate water closet with toilet and bidet. There is a private make-up area with a sink for her. A second sink and vanity are around the corner for him. A large Whirlpool soaking tub and walk-in shower complete the master bath.
