House Plan Description
Villette is a luxury, traditional home plan. This floor plan features 2487 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villette is available with a slab/stem wall foundation. Lovely, decorative fretwork adorns the exterior of Villette. A front porch with deep-cut trim work adds charm and detail. Varied rooflines and a beautiful chimney increase the intrigue of Villette. Finishing of the elaborate details are different roofing materials, columns and shutters.
Inside, Villette is designed for entertaining or intimate, family time. Villette is the ideal in open concept. Upon walking into the home, the large living room and dining room are open to each other. They also share access to the dining room and study. Instead of being separated by walls, multiple columns define the interior space.
The kitchen and breakfast nook are open to the rest of the home by a pass-thru and an open walkway. The kitchen is large and offers generous amounts of counter space and storage. The center island is perfect for baking and cooking dinner. The walk-in pantry is a flexible place to store food and other kitchen necessities.
Villette is full of little luxuries. The great room boasts a delightful fireplace and built-in entertainment center. The study has an entire wall dedicated to built-in bookshelves - a book lovers dream. Extra storage is also a key component to Villette. Extra linen closets are dotted throughout the home. The utility room also boasts plenty of space to store things.
Villette offers a lot of privacy as well with the master suite being separated from the guest bedrooms. On the left side of the home there are two guest bedrooms and a hall bathroom. The right side of the home is completely dedicated to the master suite, which features his and her walk-in closets and a luxurious master bathroom.
The final enhancement to Villette is the access to the outdoors. The dining room, living room, master suite and back bedroom all lead out onto the back porch.

What Plan Format Should I Order?
At Sater Design, we’re all about creating your dream home and making the process as easy as possible for you. Therefore, the plan format you select will depend on your situation. For your convenience, we sell our plans in 3 basic plan formats: printed on Vellum paper, in electronic PDF file format, and electronic AutoCAD files. AutoCAD is the name of the program that is used to create the plans. There is no “correct” or “better” plan format, it all depends on your individual needs. Each plan format has its benefits and some are more versatile than others.
Print Vellum: The most popular plan format our customers order is the Print-Vellum format. This plan format gives you a set of plans printed on Vellum paper that you can show your builder. Copies can be made as needed– see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details. The Vellum paper is erasable (using a special architect’s eraser) so added notes or minor changes can be made to the plans if needed. The Vellum plan format is the most expensive to ship.
PDF Electronic: The second most popular plan format is PDF, which is an electronic file format. We email you the plan as a set of electronic PDF files. This plan format provides the most expedient way to receive the plans. Your local blue print shop can make prints as needed. Again, see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details on making copies. The PDF plan format is an electronic file, but it is not editable so changes can be more difficult to make.
CAD Electronic: If you need to make changes or alterations to the plan, you will need to order the plan in electronic AutoCAD plan format. Anyone with the AutoCAD program and knowledge of how to use it — which most builders do –will be able to open the files and make changes to them. Your builder or local blue print shop can make prints from the AutoCAD files (see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details). There AutoCAD files come on a USB flash drive and is shipped with your plan licensing information packet.
