House Plan Description
The Zurich is a flexible floor plan that centers around an expansive great room. Once entering the foyer, the open great room looks out to the rear veranda through sliding glass doors. The kitchen, dining room and breakfast nook are the perfect example of an open floor plan. The kitchen of the Zurich plan has a center island offering additional counter space. A large walk in pantry is just what is needed to offer extra storage space.
The master retreat is located on the right wing of the Zurich plan. The master bedroom offers a sitting area, that has a private retreat to the rear veranda. There are dual walk-in closets for the owners. There is a luxurious master bathroom that has two sinks, each with a private vanity, and a center oval Whirlpool soaking tub. At the end of the room is a large walk-in shower that is open on both ends.
To the left of the Zurich floor plan is a study that can easily be converted to a guest suite. There is a private guest suite and full bath located just below the kitchen. The utility room is also on this wing. It is large enough to accommodate a washer and dryer and also a wash tub and separate folding table.
