House Plan Description
The Gabriella house plan has a deeply recessed entry. It plays counterpoint to two bold turrets that step into the landscape. This extends the footprint of the home. Spacious, light-filled rooms allow unencumbered views throughout the interior of the Gabriella. The foyer looks into the living room and dining room and then on out to veranda. A massive hearth in the great room of the Gabriella plan reinforces the charm of tapered columns along the gallery. French doors bring in scenery and light.
Angled lines melt into the outdoors with retreating glass walls in the nook and expansive gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has a massive wraparound counterspace and center island for additional workspace. The corner walk in pantry adds more cabinet space for storage. The open concept leads out to the breakfast nook, dining room and living room.
The kitchen opens onto a spacious outdoor area with wood clad vaulted octagonal ceiling and stone trimmed fireplace centerpiece. This is further complemented with a stunning outdoor kitchen for entertaining. Beyond the rear veranda on the right side and behind the outdoor kitchen is a cabana guest suite and pool bath. This is perfect for a private getaway space for guests.
On the left side of the Gabriella plan is the master suite. Off of the master bedroom is an exercise room with windows looking out to the veranda. Heading towards the master bathroom are two walk in closets. Further down the hall is a separate water closet with bidet. Across the hall is a large linen closet. The massive master bathroom has a Whirlpool soaking tub and a separate large doorless walk in shower. There are separate his and hers vanities and sinks.
Upstairs are three guest bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms overlook a private deck and balcony. In the center of the upstairs is a combination loft/game room. The floor plan of the Gabriella has 5314 square feet of living area, six bedrooms and five and 1/2 bathrooms. The foundation is a slab/monolithic.

What Plan Format Should I Order?
At Sater Design, we’re all about creating your dream home and making the process as easy as possible for you. Therefore, the plan format you select will depend on your situation. For your convenience, we sell our plans in 3 basic plan formats: printed on Vellum paper, in electronic PDF file format, and electronic AutoCAD files. AutoCAD is the name of the program that is used to create the plans. There is no “correct” or “better” plan format, it all depends on your individual needs. Each plan format has its benefits and some are more versatile than others.
Print Vellum: The most popular plan format our customers order is the Print-Vellum format. This plan format gives you a set of plans printed on Vellum paper that you can show your builder. Copies can be made as needed– see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details. The Vellum paper is erasable (using a special architect’s eraser) so added notes or minor changes can be made to the plans if needed. The Vellum plan format is the most expensive to ship.
PDF Electronic: The second most popular plan format is PDF, which is an electronic file format. We email you the plan as a set of electronic PDF files. This plan format provides the most expedient way to receive the plans. Your local blue print shop can make prints as needed. Again, see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details on making copies. The PDF plan format is an electronic file, but it is not editable so changes can be more difficult to make.
CAD Electronic: If you need to make changes or alterations to the plan, you will need to order the plan in electronic AutoCAD plan format. Anyone with the AutoCAD program and knowledge of how to use it — which most builders do –will be able to open the files and make changes to them. Your builder or local blue print shop can make prints from the AutoCAD files (see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details). There AutoCAD files come on a USB flash drive and is shipped with your plan licensing information packet.
