Pedimented, pale-linen gables reinforce the pure, symmetrical geometry of this classic British revival facade. Stacked stone accents twist a classic vocabulary of pilasters, columns and perfectly-scaled proportions toward a comfortable, 21st-century look.
Beyond a breezy portico and detached guest cabana suite, the courtyard of the Garnett plan leads to the formal entry. The entry leads past the loggia which provides a corner fireplace and shelter from the sun. Past the foyer, the grand room of the Garnett features two-story bay windows that extend the footprint of the home.
Centrally located, the kitchen easily serves the formal and informal rooms.With a large walk in pantry and center prep island, the kitchen has plenty of additional storage space and counter space.
