House Plan Description
The Gullane home plan has rows of windows that punctuate a stucco facade. It integrates classic lines with an oceanfront attitude. The spirit throughout the house is formal, yet extends a sense of welcome to guests. Open, public spaces are framed by columns and beamed ceilings, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offering commanding views. Retreating glass walls integrate the common living space with the loggia.
The kitchen of the Gullane home plan has a large walk in pantry for extra storage. The center island provides additional counter space. The open concept of the room leads out to the leisure room and breakfast nook. The cozy fireplace heats the entire area. The living room looks out to the rear loggia through bay windows. The left wing of the Gullane plan boasts a guest suite with a private bath with a large walk in closet. The dining room and study complete the first floor. There is a wine cellar under the staircase that leads up to the second floor.
Upstairs, the Gullane plan has three guest bedrooms each with their own bath. Also, each bedroom opens up to a private balcony or sun porch. The master retreat has a private sun porch just off of the master bedroom. There are two large walk in closets for the owners. The luxurious master bath has a Whirlpool soaking tub and separate walk in shower. There are dual sinks with separate vanities.
