Expand your living space outward with an inviting wraparound porch and multi-level rear patios. This extends the living area of the Kennedy plan, a traditional farm home. A quiet study that features pocket doors, built-ins and a tray ceiling opens from the front entry. A big, welcoming great room - with multiple sets of French doors - features built-ins and open access to the kitchen and nook.
Double doors access the master retreat, which also reveals a private study. Upstairs, two guest bedrooms, each with large baths and walk-in closets, adjoin to a spacious bonus room. Charming details in the casual living space include a wet bar, fireplace, built-ins and multiple French doors. A gourmet kitchen with a food-preparation island serves the formal dining room. Bay windows brighten the breakfast nook and provide the open concept feel to the kitchen and great room of the lovely Kennedy plan.
The master suite of the Kennedy plan provides outdoor views through the bay windows in the master bedroom.
