House Plan Description

The detailed fretwork and gable, along with Victorian fish-scale siding, colorful flower-lined planter boxes, an appealing window dormer, brick copper-top chimney and curved embellishments create the lovely facade to the Laurel Lake. The foyer unfolds into the dining room on the right and great room straight ahead, with instant views through to the back porch.

The great room of the Laurel Lake plan has a spectacular coffered ceiling. A corner fireplace anchors the great room and stylish French doors open invitingly to the rear porch. Guests can be served under the stepped-ceiling dining area through an arched gateway to a scrumptious kitchen. The gourmet kitchen features a pass-thru to the great room.
