House Plan Description
The Marquette is a small southern traditional luxury home plan. A column-lined portico entry flanked with windows and coordinating shutters present a thoroughly timeless exterior for the streetscape of the Marquette home plan. The great room has a stepped ceiling and serves as the central living space for the Marquette home plan. The great room, dining room and master suite all access the covered veranda through a variety of sliding glass doors.
There is an open concept feel to the Marquette home plan. The kitchen overlooks the dining room and both the kitchen and dining room overlook the great room.
