House Plan Description
The Ravello home plan is a spacious two story retreat. The Ravello plan's stunning portico entry alludes to the elegant surprises that await within. Arches and columns define the formal rooms. The open concept of the living room looks through the study to one side and dining room on the other side out to the veranda in the rear. The archway leads from the dining room to the kitchen, leisure room and breakfast nook. The kitchen of the Ravello plan has a large walk in pantry and wine storage. It is open all the way around giving freedom to entertain all the way into the leisure room and out to the rear veranda.
Entertaining is made easy with a wet bar, and outdoor kitchen with fireplace. A spacious game room connects two guest suites on the second floor. Each guest suite upstairs has a separate full bathroom. There is a separate powder bath on the second floor as well.
The luxury master retreat is entered from the master foyer. It includes a large sitting area, that opens up to through the master suite to the rear veranda. There is bountiful storage space in the walk in closet and a large master bathroom that overlooks a private garden. The master bathroom of the Ravello home plan has separate his and hers water closets, double vanities and sinks, a Whirlpool soaking tub and large walk in shower.
Below the kitchen is a separate guest suite with bath. Across the hall is the utility room which is large enough for a wash tub, and oversized washer and dryer. The Ravello is a beautifully laid out floor plan that offers 5466 square feet of living area and has four bedrooms with baths and three additional 1/2 baths. The plan is designed with a slab/stem wall foundation.
