Hipped rooflines, carved eave brackets and varied gables help the Salina home plan evoke a sense of the past, while a blend of old and new prevails inside. The Salina has 3757 square feet of living area and offers four bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms. The foundation is a slab/stem wall.
This lovely Mediterranean home steps into the future with a footprint that is designed for 21st-century lifestyles. Inside the Salina, varied columns and gently rounded arches define the easy transitions between well-appointed rooms and open spaces.
