House Plan Description
The Santa Trinita has Tuscan charm and invites a feeling of home outside and in. The plan also has floor-to-ceiling windows letting in the sun. The front of the Santa Trinita home plan is designated as the public zone. The front of the home features an arrangement of formal spaces intended for dining and entertaining.
A recessed masonry entry echoes the shape of the stately turrets, and provides both shade and shelter, easing the transition to the indoors. Richly textured amenities such as a stone mantel, highly crafted cabinetry and stepped ceilings, provide a chic arena for formal or casual gatherings.

A family valet, conveniently located, provides the perfect place to drop your keys and packages. The Santa Trinita floor plan has 3497 square feet of living area and has four bedrooms with three and 1/2 bathrooms. The foundation is designed with a slab/stem wall foundation.
