House Plan Description
Rustic stone-enhanced turrets frame the entry arcade of the Trevi, a magnificent European Tuscan style manor. Inside, a lively mix of breezy, open spaces-rich with smart features and high-glam rooms creates an at-home feeling that invites all kinds of gatherings. Crafted furnishings complement high-tech angles and panoramic views in new fusions of form and function.
The Trevi features a two-sided fireplace that anchors the living room and extends out to the verandah through three sets of French doors. Varied ceiling treatments define rooms that defy their boundaries with walls of glass and unrestrained spaces. Columns whisper the edges of a gallery colonnade that runs nearly the width of the plan.
The Trevi home plan's kitchen features a center prep island providing additional counter space. An extra large walk in pantry offers plenty of space for all of those small appliances, canned goods, and dry goods. The curved bar area can be used for additional seating. It opens out to the breakfast nook and leisure room giving that open concept feel that is so desirable.
The Trevi plan has a splendid owners' retreat that features a master bedroom with a spectacular stepped ceiling. Two large walk in closets lead to the master bathroom. There is a private water closet with bidet. The bumped-out marble oval soaker tub and deck offer a lovely garden view. There is even a separate walk in shower as an option.
Upstairs, the catwalk balcony stretches across from one side of the plan to the other, overlooking the great room below. There are three guest bedrooms with two full baths on the second level. Each bedroom opens to a private balcony. The floor plan of the Trevi has 4875 square feet of living area and the plan has four bedrooms with three and 1/2 bathrooms.
The plan is designed with a basement foundation. Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you? Then please visit Sater Group, Inc. and learn how we can design the home of your dreams.

What Plan Format Should I Order?
At Sater Design, we’re all about creating your dream home and making the process as easy as possible for you. Therefore, the plan format you select will depend on your situation. For your convenience, we sell our plans in 3 basic plan formats: printed on Vellum paper, in electronic PDF file format, and electronic AutoCAD files. AutoCAD is the name of the program that is used to create the plans. There is no “correct” or “better” plan format, it all depends on your individual needs. Each plan format has its benefits and some are more versatile than others.
Print Vellum: The most popular plan format our customers order is the Print-Vellum format. This plan format gives you a set of plans printed on Vellum paper that you can show your builder. Copies can be made as needed– see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details. The Vellum paper is erasable (using a special architect’s eraser) so added notes or minor changes can be made to the plans if needed. The Vellum plan format is the most expensive to ship.
PDF Electronic: The second most popular plan format is PDF, which is an electronic file format. We email you the plan as a set of electronic PDF files. This plan format provides the most expedient way to receive the plans. Your local blue print shop can make prints as needed. Again, see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details on making copies. The PDF plan format is an electronic file, but it is not editable so changes can be more difficult to make.
CAD Electronic: If you need to make changes or alterations to the plan, you will need to order the plan in electronic AutoCAD plan format. Anyone with the AutoCAD program and knowledge of how to use it — which most builders do –will be able to open the files and make changes to them. Your builder or local blue print shop can make prints from the AutoCAD files (see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details). There AutoCAD files come on a USB flash drive and is shipped with your plan licensing information packet.
