House Plan Description
Sophisticated, yet relaxed, the Wentworth Trail home plan brings Riviera living to the American coast. A classic blend of traditional materials clearly interacts with a contemporary feel to make the Wentworth Trail two-story home perfect for today's living. The elegance of brick and stucco give the exterior a feel of warmth while setting it apart from other homes in your area.
Custom amenities and touches are the key to this livable home. The mixture of clean, simple styles makes it adaptable for any area. A hipped roof and gables draw attention to the Wentworth Trail home without overpowering the lush scenery. The natural surroundings actually become part of this home through landscaping, the spacious lanai and outdoor kitchen. Aside from the entryways, planters and master garden, the rear elevation features retreating glass walls, allowing the boundary between indoors and outdoors to dissolve completely.
Decorative ceiling treatments and lighting work to define rooms while maintaining an open arrangement of space to allow light, breezes and inhabitants to circulate freely. Room angles, arches, both full and half columns and woodwork add interior interest to the Wentworth Trail. Storage space abounds in built-in, spacious closets, a walk-in pantry and even a dedicated area in the garage.
Two secondary bedrooms find themselves each with a full bath but on different floors. The master retreat is tucked to one side of the plan and offers a spacious place for relaxation. The luxurious bath offers dual vanities and accesses a private master garden.
Influenced by Mediterranean style, the Wentworth Trail offers a paradise filled with splendid architecture and lush appointments. For those who appreciate and expect fine living indoors and out, this home balances the formal with the informal and promotes both quiet relaxation and avid entertaining.
The exciting flow of the plan allows the rear of the home to look out to the yard and possible spanning views making it suitable for golf course lots, waterfront property, mountains, or wooded acreage. The Wentworth Trail home plan has 3462 sq. ft. of living area, three bedrooms and three and 1/2 baths. The foundation is a slab/stemwall.

What Plan Format Should I Order?
At Sater Design, we’re all about creating your dream home and making the process as easy as possible for you. Therefore, the plan format you select will depend on your situation. For your convenience, we sell our plans in 3 basic plan formats: printed on Vellum paper, in electronic PDF file format, and electronic AutoCAD files. AutoCAD is the name of the program that is used to create the plans. There is no “correct” or “better” plan format, it all depends on your individual needs. Each plan format has its benefits and some are more versatile than others.
Print Vellum: The most popular plan format our customers order is the Print-Vellum format. This plan format gives you a set of plans printed on Vellum paper that you can show your builder. Copies can be made as needed– see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details. The Vellum paper is erasable (using a special architect’s eraser) so added notes or minor changes can be made to the plans if needed. The Vellum plan format is the most expensive to ship.
PDF Electronic: The second most popular plan format is PDF, which is an electronic file format. We email you the plan as a set of electronic PDF files. This plan format provides the most expedient way to receive the plans. Your local blue print shop can make prints as needed. Again, see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details on making copies. The PDF plan format is an electronic file, but it is not editable so changes can be more difficult to make.
CAD Electronic: If you need to make changes or alterations to the plan, you will need to order the plan in electronic AutoCAD plan format. Anyone with the AutoCAD program and knowledge of how to use it — which most builders do –will be able to open the files and make changes to them. Your builder or local blue print shop can make prints from the AutoCAD files (see the Plan Licensing Information page for more details). There AutoCAD files come on a USB flash drive and is shipped with your plan licensing information packet.
